Dr. Jack Farrell
DDS
Dr. Farrell earned his dental degree at St. Louis University in 1970. Dr. Farrell’s bestfriend’s father is a dentist, who he really admired growing up, thus he was inspired to choose a career in the field. Dr. Farrell loves the field of dentistry because he gets to play a role in helping people to get healthy, one smile at a time! In his free time, Dr. Farrell enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family and being with his grandkids, who are the light of his life!
Dr. Brent Woodmansee
DMD
I am Brent, a guest dentist at Advanced Dentistry.
I am graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in finance and marketing. Then went to complete a doctorate in dental medicine from Midwestern University, ranking in the top 5% of my class. I also completed my Advanced Clinical General Dentistry residency with the US Air Force during my 9-year service with the military.
I also earned the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology-College of Sedation in Dentistry Master Certification. My post-graduate education has provided me additional training in the areas of IV sedation, oral surgery, dental implants, management of medically compromised patients, and the latest advances in dental technology. Additionally, I am a member of multiple professional societies, including the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Society of Anesthesia, and the American Dental Association.
Outside of the office I enjoy hiking, off-roading, and skiing. I am a Phoenix native and an avid Arizona State Sun Devil and Cardinals fan. Though I enjoy my hobbies and practice, my favorite time is spent with my wife, Lindsay, and daughter, Harper.
Dr Woodmansee was named Phoenix Magazines “Top Dentist” in 2019 (voting was done exclusively by over 150 Phoenix Dentists)
Muneeza Khan

Welcome to Advanced Dentistry. I am a laser-certified dental hygienist and have worked in the valley for 15 years. I got my degree in Washington State as a periodontal and restorative hygienist and received several awards throughout my training period. Prior to this profession, I had received my bachelor’s in English Literature and Mathematics. I’m passionate about the overall health and well-being of all my patients and love to utilize state-of-the-art equipment, such as digital X-Rays, VELscope, laser, intra-oral photographs etc, to provide the best dental care in the most comfortable environment. Your preventative care is my priority. Period. I spend time teaching my patients about prevention of gum disease, tooth decay, diagnoses and the maintenance of their oral health. Additionally, I am involved in smoking cessation and inform my patients of the adverse affects of smoking on oral and general health.
Winning my patients’ trust along with that of their colleagues, family and friends is paramount to me.
Aside from working at Advanced Dentistry and other clinics in the valley, I have years of international dental hygiene volunteer experience. I have worked in villages, orphanages and communities in developing countries where I trained dental office personnel and dental students about preventative care and how to incorporate dental hygiene in their daily regimen. I have also authored dental protocols to be implemented as part of a community outreach program. In 2014, I was honored to have won the Health Care Heroes award by Phoenix Business Journal for my endeavors as a dental hygienist.
I love my three adult children and my Havanese dog, Shona, who is also our office’s mascot, and love cooking and baking for all my family and friends. I am lucky to have learned several languages and love getting to know different cultures across the globe.
Shiersten Ghormley
Hi, my name is Shiersten Ghormley and I was born and raised in this great state of Arizona. I received the best training and education in the practice of Dental Hygiene and was able to graduate at the top of my class from Mesa Community College in 2020. Prior to hygiene school I acquired 7 years of dental experience as a Dental Assistant. My love for Dentistry only continues to grow as I learn more and gain more experience in the field. I look forward to educating my patients to the best of my ability and strive to provide the highest quality of care. The overall health of my patients is my number one priority and I love to see them leave with a smile on their face. When I’m not in the office I am enjoying time with my husband and daughter and living life to its fullest.

Hi, my name is Kristina Kuzmenko.
I am from California but have been enjoying the Arizona life for 5 years! I attended the University of Phoenix where I received my Bachelor’s in health management.
As an office manager, it allows me to mix my love of dentistry and my passion for helping people!
My goal is to provide exceptional customer service, educate our patients on the importance of dental care, listening to their needs and wishes and helping calm down nervous patients.
In my free time I love to go hiking, horseback riding, and spending time with my friends and family.
Shireen Khan

Since I was a child, I was always fascinated by healthcare and the dental field. I am passionate about dentistry and taking care of people. As the office manager of advanced dentistry, I always aim to ensure that our office and our patients develop secure and trusting relationship. I deeply care about our patients, and I will always do right by them!
Last year, I was given the opportunity to travel to a third world country for volunteer work at an orphanage. This was a life changing experience. It was so rewarding to be able to help teach these eager and adorable kids about the importance of their oral health.
Currently, I am a college student, getting my Bachelor’s degree in biology. Afterwards, I aim to either pursue a DDS or an MD. When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dog, friends or family! And my biggest hobby is traveling!

Hello, I am Miah Bordeau. I am a dedicated and professional dental assistant. I embarked on a career in dental assisting early in life and am driven by a passion for making a positive impact. As a mother, my motivation is twofold – to provide for my young daughter and to set a compelling example of dedication and ambition. My journey is rooted in a desire to offer a service that not only enhances oral health but also fosters self-love and appreciation. With a commitment to delivering clean and professional dental care, I aspire to contribute meaningfully to the well-being of my community.
